Buttons HIDE CLUB BADGES and MOVE CLUB BADGES DOWN are shown also on https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:Badges&b=2210_club1000

You should limit it only to https://www.wikitree.com/index.php?title=Special:Badges&u= page.
