Super Tree: Improved Connecting lines / fixed issues #212

Fixed issues because of private IDs over-writing WikiTree userID #s of early WikiTreers causing chaos with early trees (such as Whitten-1 - YIKES!!!)

Also - improved connecting lines - including a way of representing people with many spouses.
