can't upload photos due to cut and a black bar #33

so, when i try to upload a photo (which does not have problems stated in other bug reports) i can't do it because the uploaded photo will be cropped on the upper side and the part cropped will be substituted by a black bar...i dunno why...

In current version posting photo from camera should be correct. And if u use right button on camera page u can take a landscape photo

i am talking about uploading photos with the central button. So, if i choose a photo and click on the cut button (or at least what it seems to be a cut button) i get my photo cropped into a square and with the black bar on the top substituting to the photo, as you can see in the screen

if i just upload the photo without touching the resize button, i get a square photo with no black bar, but still a square photo from the original landscape one

we should be able to upload the full photo or a square one (just instagram) and not just the square one...

I know whats the point. I didn't look there but i think it need a little polishing to work as intended
