install_dependencies.sh is broken, Gazebo has migrated to Github #80

Prerequisites

- I am running Ubuntu 18.04
- I installed the environment and GymFC according to these instructions.

Description

The script is failing with a 404. The bitbucket URL no longer exist. Following the URL it appears Gazebo has migrated to Github.

Steps to Reproduce

sudo MAKE_FLAGS=-j4 ./install_dependencies.sh

Expected behavior Gazebo should build.

Additional context Might as well upgrade to Gazebo 11
