This pull request adds all the neccessary styling and templates thus completeting the project. Adds templates to pages. Adds the front-end application from VNET Frontend. Documentation coming soon

@SamuelNw @georgeshei Documentation coming soon. To use it contact me for a backend key, clone this repo and you're good to go. Test and see if everything works. Also see the help page that you were too lazy to make. Took me 1½ hours.
