Differentiate between `personal` and `org` when browsing repositories

Current behavior: Org is not working with the following url: https://github.com/{org}?tab=repositories&type=&language={lang}

Expected behavior: Instead, it should be like the following:

• personal: https://github.com/{username}?tab=repositories&type=&language={lang}
• org: https://github.com/{username}?q=&type=all&language=javascript&sort=
