Multi-population genetic algorithm #86

First, thanks for making such a great package for free wouldn't it be great if you could add "Multi-population" option to genetic algorithm?! I mean you could kind of extend the existing genetic algorithm to have this feature and endoing so it would be more general And Matlab has it already Thanks I wanted to participate in writing it but since I'm new to code, it would take me a lot of time Peace ✌️

Thanks for bringing the topic. I've briefly looked at MPGA description and performance, and it seems like a good addition to the package. In any case, if you are willing to write a basic algorithm implementation, it will be greatly appreciated.
