Handle ignored words and Memrise intervals #19

Thanks, I'll certainly merge it. But I'll need to have a closer look first, because I think it's not entirely correct to set intervals etc. for both directions (cards).

I think importing intervals should be optional. I wouldn't want them to be overwritten when updating a previously downloaded deck.
