For now decks web is on beta but the actual one will disappear soon. https://www.memrise.com/decks-by-memrise/

Import should still be possible, with some tweaks ... not that I know exactly what I'm on about, but the site looks very similar. At the moment the decks still exist on memrise.com as well as decks.memrise.com

I don't really understand the plans of memrise, but I think they announced to keep custom decks on memrise until the release of the decks app. Don't know if that's ever gonna happen...
