Fix login issue: Change www.memrise.com URLs to app.memrise.com #90

This fixes https://github.com/wilddom/memrise2anki-extension/issues/89, however it was just a quick find and replace. @wilddom can you check to make sure none of the URL changes are likely to break stuff?
