When user tries to list the users under <category> "web", even the automotive users are being listed. This happens when user only selects the main category under list without clicking on subcategories like "PHP" or "Website". #242

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Click on <Users> on top right corner of the webpage, a search criteria window
is displayed.
2. In this section there is a criteria labelled <Category>. User selects value
"Web".
3.The user does not click on subcategories listed under it like "PHP/ Website".
4. In the search result list displayed even the automotive skill users are
being listed. All users are being listed in search result

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Users categorised as automotive or other should not be listed in the search
result list when category is chosen as web.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

chrome 30, dell inspiron 15, windows 8

when a category is chosen, it needs to show the users or projects in that
category.

Additionally I noticed that now when a skill is chosen, the result page,
removes the skill

Hi Jon. It is fixed. Please check the attachment.

NB: Do you want to display the result when select the category or click on
skills? Currently the function is for click on skills.
