PostMessage_Preview Error #260

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Go to a project and post a message
2.After writing the msg, click preview

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Only preview should be visible to user, instead getting the preview plus the 
written stuff along with an invalid error-Please choose Service Provider to 
post message, even though provider was chosen

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 8
Chrome
