I'd also love to see an update, as I mentioned in #18 but this PR is already outdated as SmallRye Reactive Messaging 2.3 is out.

I have updated the PR. However, I still see failures as mentioned on #18. Will look next week

@lorenzleutgeb I am looking into it. This time AMQP works, but Kafka does not. Investigating...
