Release new version #18

Hey, can we please get a new release with SmallRye Reactive Messaging 2.3.0 and Mutiny Reactive Streams Operators 0.7.0?

@lorenzleutgeb I will give it a go now, and if not successful will try next week (it is almost EOD on Friday here). I did have some WIP to upgrade it, but it seems the AMQP integration was broken there. That was a while ago though, and used RM 2.2.1 + Mutiny 0.7.0.

I am quite busy with a few things, so if I forget about this please feel free to remind me in the second half of next week.

Hi,

I have had a first pass at this but with no luck. I will try more this week, and see if these versions work in Quarkus. If they do it probably means I have some module dependencies a bit wrong. If they don't it will indicate a bug in one of the SmallRye deps

I have released 1.0.0.Beta3. It contains RM 2.4.0 and Mutiny 0.9.0 etc.

That is great - we will give it a go over the next few days and let you have any feedback. Looked little painful so this is much appreciated - I hope this feature gets the take up it deserves - it really fits well for us.
