Note this is currently skipping / ignoring some license checks, that fail for me in CI and locally. Not sure what the correct course there is, but once its decided, the skip / ignore can be dropped.

@luck3y , FYI, closing this PR in favor of PR: https://github.com/wildfly/galleon/pull/297, the fix for copyright was to fetch all commits when cloning the repo.
