Publish web site using Jekyll

• use a GitHub action to publish the documentation whenever the gh-pages is updated. This will ensure that when new Helm charts are released, the index.yaml will also be pushed.
• reuse wildfly.org L&F
• rename index.md to index.adoc and update its content
