When creating a new PR the checks are running normally, same as when edited. However, when a new commit was force pushed to the origin, no checks run - even though the title was still incorrect. There was no github-bot check field either, so the PR was good to go, even when it shouldn't.
When PR is edited after that, checks run normally again.
