Upgrade Faces TCK to 4.0.4 release; remove #166 exclusions #167

Assuming https://github.com/jakartaee/faces/issues/1935 is accepted and the Faces TCK is fixed in a 4.0.4 release, move to that version and remove the exlusion entries added as part of #166.
