Also includes some minor updates:

Allow the same server to be re-used by using if statements in the CLI commands
Add a profile so you can run single tests with mvn clean test -Dtest=<TestName>
Remove properties that are invalid and not used in the Arquillian configuration as well as correct property names.
Remove the suite.xml file and use the downloaded one. This also required setting up the properties for the signature tests.
