4 months ago I'm removing the 'bug' label; the direct links like this are not really meant to redirect. The 'redirect' posts generate a post entry in the timeline, and that entry directly goes to the real target. These post pages are just markers not really meant to be accessed directly.
@jamezp said he'd try seeing if they could be made to redirect, but that would be an enhancement, not a bug fix.

Both of those should redirect to an external site, but they don't.
I know they did before, so I doubt it's a problem with the post documents themselves. It seems like something has broken in the site. Likely all the many others posts like these have the same problem.
