Add the `device` command #42

Recent firmware upgrades added the device command, add it to the app.

Added a 'device' command which returns a string that indicates the purpose of the sensor. For now it reads 'Rewild Trap' but later this could be 'Wildlife Watcher'. This allows the same hardware to be used for different applications. I am open to suggestions for the text to go here and the 'ver' command.
