[Bug]: url with apostrophe not resolving #727

The entire site 404 was caused by missing images in the Welsh version of the St Mark's story The 404 on the St Mark's page were caused because that title had a "smart quote" type apostrophe in it rather than a plain '

I believe both are resolved now, but please shout again if not.
