Adding Dockerfile #70

Hi, Thanks again for open-sourcing such a great tool like fTetWild. I figured it would be pretty useful to have a Docker Image for fTetWild, much similar to TetWild. I followed the TetWild Dockerfile and here's the Dockerfile for fTetWild.
