Problem registering from slice 2 on #19

Hello!

I succesfullyrun the full SHARQ pipeline and it works great.

I only have one issue. It is with the Atlas Viewer. After registering the first slice, I press right arrow on both windows to display new slice and new atlas. However, in the atlas window I get a distorted second slice.

I checked and the processed slice is fine in the processed folder, correctly downsampled. I am using MATLAB2024a.

Hello, I have some software installation questions for you! I'm currently having problems with part 2 . http://data.cortexlab.net/allenCCF/ This website cannot be opened. May I ask how you installed the database at that time? Can you share it?
