Maven download takes too much time. #63

The artifact bst-player-api-1.3.jar takes awful lot of time to download from: 
http://downloads.bramosystems.com/maven2/releases/com/bramosystems/oss/player/bs
t-player-api/1.3/bst-player-api-1.3.jar and my maven instance times out during 
build after not being able to download it within 60 seconds.

I am working in the backend.  For now you can download from google code and 
import to your local maven repo.

I will get this fixed ASAP.
