Non working functions and Russian translation #91

Thank you for the indispensable addon.

System OS: (e.g., Windows 8.1 x64) Firefox version: (e.g., Firefox ESR x64 68.0.1) Textarea Cache version: (e.g., 4.2.1)

  1. No icon in navbar
  2. No item on the contextual menu (if it should be there at all)

Please fix it.
