Take a hard look at the timing of lessons. My aim is to cover things up to and including the mapping. The workshop is at a mapping conference after all. Even if this means cutting down on challenges.
Plan is to have three 45min sessions with 10min breaks (might just be something to switch up the rhythm/relax in the room instead of full on "let's all go for coffee" which tends to take a long time).
Currently thinking I might cut down on the plotting session to make more time for interactive elements/plotting.
