Naming of partials/voices during upload #10

Would be useful to be able to name the different voices/partials in a performance so that the name of a voices can be displayed on the printed QR code

Read out partial id's on fileupload in track creation interface
Prompt user to input a name for each partial id, and save this information to DB
On QR code creation, display name instead of index of partial
