Public performances are of no use. Currently, when a performance is set to public, anyone with an account can access and change it, start and stop tracks, change order of tracks, basically do anything that can be done with and within a performance. This is useless and should be done away with. Probalby in conjunction with #103, because as soon as users can create groups to share performances, there really is no reason anymore to keep this.
