update-order test fails sometimes, can't reproduce #112

Test Should update the order of all TrackPerformances of the performance and return 200 in trackPerformanceController.spec.ts fails sometimes when running all tests. Can't reproduce.

Still not 100% sure why this happens, maybe something to do with saving a file and triggering a test run while a test run is currently in progress. Improved some things at least.
