Client list in admin interface shows two devices being registered for a choid ID when there should only be one #117

Reported situation where a singular client with choirId = 1 is registered and the registration is displayed in the admin interface. The client loses connection to server, after rejoin two devices are displayed as registered in the admin interface, even though there still is only one client.

Find out how to reproduce this.
My guess is that the problem is on the server, not in the admin interface.
