Feature/add missing tests

General improvements of tests
Added tests for multiple files
Soft delete tracks, performances, trackperformances instead of really deleting them
Added .env.test file with variables used for testing
Use test folders instead of real folders (test-uploads, test-chunks)
Add package winston for more expressive log messages
Other minor changes and refactorings
