Choir track does not start playback without clients registered with specific partial_ids #31

The behaviour in itself makes sense, but it would be good to display an error message on the performance interface.

Also, it would probably be useful to add the functionality to drop all wrongly registered clients from a performance in the performance page.

Tell performer that some clients don't have a partial id, but start anyway.
