The number of QR codes should always be the number of the partial_ids of the the CHOIR track with the max. number of partials. non-choir tracks should NOT generate indiv. QR codes per partial (could run into the thousands).

Also: Single QR codes for a performance that include choir tracks don't make anys sense.

Related to this: A performance with a max. 7 voices, there migh be tracks with only 3 voices. For these tracks the clients with partial_ids 3-6 should be re-distributed to the other partial_ids 3-6.
