Window title for half maximised window not shown in panel #15

The title is shown on the panel for a maximized window: screenshot from 2014-12-26 20 16 01

However it not shown for a a half maximized window, though the removal of a titlebar and dragging the panel to move the window still works: screenshot from 2014-12-26 20 16 09

Gnome 3.14.2, Fedora 21 64bit
