enabling for gnome versions 3.18 to 3.21.91 #52

Tested on Fedora 24 with gnome version 3.20.2 and seems to be working fine

3.21.91 is just a temporary release and shouldn't be added to the metadata.json.

@zapashcanon while it's true that 3.21.91 is a temporary release, all of Debian Testing is currently on that, so this affects tens of thousands of desktop users.

3.22 is in Debian Testing, and since 3.21.92, version check is disabled by default, thus, there's no more need to add it anymore.
