Troubles with some windows #8

Sometimes, for some windows, they start with title bar visible and I have to minimize and maximize the window in order to get rid of the title bar...

Also, some Java apps (e.g. Freeplane, JEdit) behave strangely in fullscreen (when title bar is not visible)

Possible duplicate of https://github.com/wilfm/GnomeExtensionMaximusTwo/issues/2 - could you add more details of your issue (gnome shell and OS version, graphics, whether u have xprop installed, etc.

Okay, so in general it works well with almost all apps but occassionally something breaks. I would agree that it is similar (or duplicate) to #2. Some events that sometimes screw up title bars on running apps: 1) after standby/wakeup, 2) pomodoro timer (a gnome shell extension that shows clock over the whole screen). As an example of Java app, Isabelle IDE (version 2014, IDE based on JEdit, installed from arch repo) has screwed up menus when maximized (this behavior is very similar to https://github.com/linuxmint/Cinnamon/issues/473, https://github.com/mate-desktop/marco/issues/30, thus perhaps unrelated to Maximus).

My machine: GNOME Shell 3.14.1.5, Arch Linux 3.17.2-1-ARCH

Just to mention that after the mentioned fullscreen overlay (that happens on pomodoro timeout), title bars dissaper and turn into black space, after which unmaximizing and then maximizing rerenders the window correctly again.
