--version should check for new commits #92

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When running the HEAD version of the brew package or the edge snap package, wilfred --version does not check for new commits nor new releases.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like wilfred --version to check for new commits when applicable.

Describe alternatives you've considered None.
