Changes the package name and the name of the gene search module. Previously both were named "crisposon", since the package was originally developed for identifying CRISPR-associated transposon systems. However, the modules can really be used to find and explore any genomic system of interest, so the package name should reflect that.
The package is now "Opfi", short for "Operon Finder", and the gene search module has been appropriately renamed "Gene Finder".
