We should optionally show unknown ORFs (maybe of a given minimum size?) in the visualization. It would probably be preferable to not label them since it would get crowded pretty quickly (or this should be optional too).
This issue first requires us to add some functionality to the pipeline that saves the locations of the unknown ORFs.
