Overlapped features can't be ignored by bit score? #98

In the latest batch of real data, despite having the filter pick_overlapping_features_by_bit_score(0.8), two features that overlapped seemingly completely were both shown in the operon figure. Either the filter is flawed or the visualization script was plotting ignored features.

I'm dumb and the code is fine :sweat_smile: The issue was with an unrelated script outside of this repo.
