Swap GOB encoding for MessagePack? #13

Have had good results with GROOT (https://github.com/will-rowe/groot/commit/92e28d582f39695be2449cbbbf79d6f922ecc628) after swapping from Go's GOB over to MessagePack.

Also, would be easier for cross-compatibility, metadata encoding etc.

I've re-implemented HULK and it now outputs sketches in JSON encoding as of commit e96be793c5bff8dff7cb22cbb557aa7a2e93adaa
