Team Leads can use role to determine modules

Team leaders need to understand the make up of their team and if they are capturing the right perspectives. Therefore, we should allow the team lead to set the role of a particular user when assigning modules, and that will default what modules are selected the first time.

Also need ability to customize modules for specific user after role is assigned. Customizations should be collapsed by default, role assignment is more important
