Live HLS doesn't play live point with Infinity start time #715

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Prepare a live HLS stream
2. Use MPL to play this live stream with infinity start time.
3. 70% chances to reproduce.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should play the live point. However, sometimes it plays from the beginning.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- [cast.receiver.CastReceiverManager] Version: 2.0.0.0040
- [cast.player.api.Player] Version: 1.0.0.25
- Both chromecast 1st and 2nd generation device have problems.

Please provide any additional information below.
Screenshots and logs attached.

Do you still see the issue when you use the latest version of the Media Player 
Library (1.0.0.25) mentioned here:

The stream is 24x7. 

I tested (with Receiver AppId CC1AD845 by Google) right now, still available. 
Please try again.
