Chromecast not broadcasting if the device who is initiating the broadcast is connected to the same wireless network but on 5Ghz #716

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chromecast connected to network ID X on 2.1 Ghz. Same network X is available
on 5 Ghz
2. Connect any device(e.g. iPhone) to X wireless network on 5 Ghz.
3. Open any supported application(e.g. Youtube). Chromecast is available for
streaming, but once clicked to stream it will not work.
4. If the device(iphone) is switched on the same network X but different
frequency 2.4 the streaming will work.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Since Chromecast is visible on the same network even the devices are connected
on different frequencies, I would expect it to be able to cast whatever is sent
from the device.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I can either use Chrome on my laptop, either youtube on iphone. If the device
is connected to the same wireless network on 5Ghz, the chromecast is visible
but it won't start streaming.

Please provide any additional information below.

Which router are you using? Also, which device(s) is this issue seen on -
Chromecast v1, v2 or Chromecast Audio?

Hi,
I am using a Linksys and Cisco router, and I have tested this on both
Chromecast v1 and v2. On all the behavior is the same.
