I am interested in updates of the statusText of scanned devices, but changes is
not at all nearly instant.

This can be reproduced using any google cast enabled application, i.e. googles
own CastVideos sample app

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use two devices running i.e. CastVideos sample app.
2. On device A go to the cast menu
3. On device B go to the cast menu and connect
4, Observe the status text update in the cast menu of device A

What is the expected output?
I expected the status text to change near instantly to the name of the
application which device

What do you see instead?
The statusText update is not at all near instant on device A (varies in between
10-60 seconds is my observation).
On the android operation system this is nearly instant reflected when the Cast
device changes status.

What version of the product are you using?
google-cast-sdk 2.10.1

On what operating system?
- Using an old designed Chromecast
- Using any ios 9.2 simulator and an iphone 6s running ios 9.2

Please provide any additional information below.

As stated above android seems to much more instant.
