Please support multi-channel flac

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Send a multi-channel flac stream
2. It does not work

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect it to work

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Cast v1 and v2. Plex Media Server.

With the new support for flac, we can now losslessly transcode anything (like 
WAV or ALAC) to flac for the Chromecast. Unfortunately though, for 
multi-channel sound we are still limited to AAC. So lossless codecs like DTS-HD 
MA and Dolby TrueHD are compressed needlessly. Adding support for multichannel 
FLAC would allow the Plex Media Server to transcode these files to multichannel 
FLAC so that no data loss would occur. 

Another option is obviously supporting multi channel PCM, which I think might 
actually be supported. But WAV playback is broken right now. FLAC would be 
preferred because it would take less bandwidth.
