Momentarily pause event is fired before ended event at end of playback #769

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play a video
2. Wait for it to end

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On end of video, only end event must be fired. Pause event was also fired along 
with end event.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromecast 1.0 & 2.0
Firmware version: 46278 & 48342
Media player library: 1.0.0.25
Receiver API version: 2.0.0

Please provide any additional information below.
Is this a right behavior? We could not find a documented behavior for 'ended' 
event. Kindly provide link to an appropriate page if available.

1) Share details about sender app and its version
2) Please share sender logs.
2) Please share feedback report from Chromecast app/extension with the text 
"for Issue 
769" in description and share receiver logs here (after reproducing this 
issue).
