Playing from a specific position at the start of playback sometimes causes a weird screen. #773

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resume a video in my app
2. The sender will send the start position
3. Look at the TV

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see the correct video without weird stuff(Please see the attachement)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromecast version 1

Please provide any additional information below.
Kindly email me so I can share you guys the apk and whitelist your chromecast 
device.

Please help us in doing below things

1) Share your apk and sample stream used for casting via 
https://support.google.com/cast-developer/contact/google_cast_contact_us?hl=en&r
d=1 with title "Issue 773" and chromecast firmware version.
2) Also share feedback report from Chromecast app/extension with the text "for 
Issue 776" in description and share receiver logs here (after reproducing this 
issue).

1) Is this your apk name "Toggle-togo-v3.1.0(7032)-release"?
2) Also confirm that you have shared receiver logs?

I was able to launch your apk on Samsung and nexus device, but it does not show 
cast icon. What steps have to be done for that?

I am not able to reproduce the issue on chromecast Generation 2 device. 

1. Is there any specific video you used it for this issue?
2. Also, sent you serial number of chromecast Gen 1 device. Please add that 
too. I will try again in that device.
