Casting a video with long title makes scrollbars on bottom visible the whole time #781

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Title of the video is a very long URL
1. Cast a video with this very long title to Chromecast

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is that the title is shortened with "..." during loading of 
video.
Video title is shortened with "..." but a scrollbar is shown on the bottom on 
the loading and also in playing of the video. Video is resized smaller on top 
of the scrollbar. It's not 100% fullscreen.
Scrollbar is gone as soon as casting has been stopped.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chromecast 1.18.55065

Could you please reply with below queries

1) Share the URL of the video stream used for testing
2) What is the sender and receiver app used for testing.
3) Try to use any of the reference player 
(https://github.com/googlecast/CastVideos-android) and let us know the result.
4) Please provide a snapshot of the screen with the issue scenario
5) The g+ link provided in the issue is not accessible.
